Sometimes the apps on android market are incompatible with your android phone, it can be because of so many reasons. One of them can be for example, If you have a rooted android devices, and you have installed a beta version of a Rom, so some apps at that time are incompatible.
To make it compatible you need to make some changes.

Step By Step Guide:
Step 1) Root your Android Device
Step 2) Download a file manager like ES File Explorer or Root Explorer.
Step 3) Go to Settings and tap on application > all > Market
Step 4) Select Clear Data, this will wipe any cached data from the market app.
Step 5) Open the File Manager you have downloaded, in the case ES File Explorer.
Step 6) Under the settings -> root settings in ES File Explorer, enable the option for root explorerand Mount File System. In Root Explorer, you should not need to make any changes. If you do get an error that you can’t write to the file we’re going to change, you can simply tap the littlemount r/w icon at the top of the screen.
Step 7) Go to System folder and look for file build.prop (make a copy of build.prop, in case you make a mistake)
Step 8 ) Long press on build.prop and open it in editor.
Step 9) Look for lines ro.product.model and ro.product.manufacturer (Nexus S is a widely supported device, but you can change the device as per your requirement)
ro.product.model = Nexus S ro.product.manufacturer = samsung
Step 10) Save the file.
The Nexus S is a very widely supported device, and it’s rare that an app is not compatible with it. Now, when you will download any app, it will think you have a Nexus S. So it will allow you to download it.
