Oh Apple rumors, how you always amaze me. According to Ming-Chi Kuo with KGI Securities, Apple is on track to release not 1, not 2, not 3, but 8 new products before the end of the calendar year. Yes, you did read that correctly, 8, eight new products. As you can see above, KGI made a nice visual chart to show you what the new rumored products are. Referencing the chart, they are expecting the following:
- 13″ MacBook Pro with Retina Display
- New 21.5″ iMac
- The new iPhone
- New iPod touch
- A modified new iPad (possibly to help with the supposed “over-heating” issues that I personally have yet to experience in 2 months with it)
- New iPod Nano
- New 27″ iMac
- The oft rumored iPad mini
As you can see, looking at the list it doesn’t seem too implausible that this is accurate. New iMacs can be kind of expected, as they have not been refreshed for around the average amount of time. The iPods get refreshed near every year around this time, and we have been hearing plenty of rumors for the Nano refresh, and recently saw cases for the rumored iPod touch refresh. So with all this, of course, take your average helping of salt along, but don’t completely count it out. We will just have to see, as that September mark hits tomorrow, so time is ticking.
