In its essence, the minimal organic design identity is reflected in the smooth and non-linear lines of the mobile handset. Equipped with a large 4.8” HD Super AMOLED display, the Galaxy S3 smartphone offers users a large and vivid viewing experience. Samsung Mobile’s heritage Super AMOLED display even enhances to high-definition and 16:9 wide viewing angles. Galaxy S3 used the same Super AMOLED HD display with PenTile matrix as the one on the Galaxy Nexus and not use the The Super AMOLED HD Plus display was already being used by Samsung on the Galaxy Tab 7.7.
LG Display is touting their 4.5″ True HD IPS-LCD display . LG Display says that the LCD is more sharp and clear (due to the Real Stripe matrix vs the Pentile one used in Samsung’s AMOLED).
