How a Chinese Farmer Builds His Own ‘Airplane’ That Fails to FlyHow a Chinese Farmer Builds His Own ‘Airplane’ That Fails to Fly

A Chinese farmer from Liaoning province, northeast China, has spent two years to build a small-scale passenger airplane out of recycled scrap metal. The five meter long, four meter wide ‘Airplane’ is resting outside his house. The plane is near completion, with just a few coats of paint left to be added. The 58-year-old man lifelong dream of being a pilot, has spent 40,000 yuan (US$6,200) into this project. Though it has no chance of going airborne, we are still feeling happy for his dream to come true. Few more pictures after the break.
