Zooka is a wireless portable speaker for your iPhone and iPad

Kickstarter is a wonderful platform where anyone with an idea can pitch it to earn funding, and then put the idea in development. We’ve shown you many cool projects out of Kickstarter before. Today, we have a new wireless speaker that sure deserves your funding.
Patrick Triato has created a new wireless speaker concept called the Zooka. The Zooka uses Bluetooth to allow you to stream your iPhone or iPad’s audio directly to it…
The Zooka Bluetooth Speaker has been created with the portability of a tablet, and high quality sound at the forefront of its design…So instead we designed Zooka to work with your tablet. It goes where you go, functions with your smart cover, and provides you with 5x the sound of your tiny, in-board speakers.  Made entirely of silicone its simple to slide on any iPad. Design and Utility Patent Pending.
The Zooka latches to both the iPad and your MacBook, connects over Bluetooth, and instantly plays the audio out of the device. When attached to a MacBook, it won’t block the camera.
If you want to hook the Zooka up to a device that doesn’t support Bluetooth (what devices don’t?), the Zooka has a 3.5mm audio input.
The Zooka is developed with a non-slip silicon that will sit perfect on a desk when you’re streaming from your iPhone. On the top of the device, you’ll find a volume rocker, power button, charging port, and 3.5mm audio input. The Zooka boasts up-to 8 hours of battery life.
Founder Triato plans to ship the Zooka for $99, but if you pledge $89 on Kickstarter, you will be one of the first to get the device. Better yet, if you pledge $149, you will get a glow in the dark Zooka. Zooka also has larger bulk pricing available.
